@kevindeshazo absolutely no. Unless of course they are at a monster truck rally or NASCAR race. And they have a mullet
@kenjoslin When they play ball & that’s it.
@NativeVermonter Only if ya got the guns for it. Which if I might be so modest…I do :)
@jmckinn5 very few conditions where acceptable – Aussie Rules FtBall, shortie wetsuit while surfing, maybe cycling
@tka821 I may be late to the party here– but my vote is a resounding NO!! Unless, of course they are mesh.
@soolebop RT:@artiedavis Only if your eyes turn green and your biceps rip them off @ the seams! @chadmissildine: Should dudes wear sleeveless shirts?

@Mrs_Larabee I vote NO :-)
@Panchogrande04 it’s a moot point in my opinion
@regangradke seriously, you have to debate this issue. Oh wait, I forgot your in Texas.
@adeason123 if at the office, ALL-men and Women- need sleeves. Would think more modest which seems good thing for a Church office!!!
@FUNdMENTAL thumbs down.
@FUNdMENTAL unless, of course, you have a real cool tattoo to show off :)
@bestone They should be permissible during the State Fair and Monster Truck rallies only.
Tiffani Findley Allamon No!!!
Aimee Sapp maybe at the gym but that’s it.
Denise Taylor Milisitz Depends on what his arms look like…if it was my husband yes.
Douglas Lee Only to show off the cool tattoos you have :)
Angela Nevius Dormer agreed, only at the gym! …or if you are under age 8.
Aaron Tungate Only if you’re able to offer tickets to the gun show while wearing them.
Emily Mills Ga-Ross !!!! (no matter how cool your arms or tatts are). Save it for the gym or lake and even then it’s a little repulsive. Sorry, don’t go to your church but had to post.
Jody Hoover Only if you are a big guy, have a huge tattoo and a gun show. That’s why I wear mine frequently :)
Douglas Lee I wear one every day…….. Under my other shirt…… I’m not sure what the fuss is ;)
Rochelle Hamblen Pshh I love my husband sleeveless. He has the biceps to make it work though.
Emily Chitwood they should not
Douglas Lee Up here in somewhat rural Washington… I have guys coming in with hunting gear stained with deer blood…. I suppose that that should be out too?
Douglas Lee May I sign my post Sleeveless in Seattle?
Julia Kammerdiener Ekpo I think it’s okay. Lloyd wears them when he does yard work, works out, plays basketball, and we go on walks. But again he has GREAT arms! I don’t think they should be worn out to restaurants, stores, ect. It’s a personal choice!
Michael David Lea Wearing one to the office or a nice restaurant – probably not. At the gym or in the yard – why not? You’re not going for style, but comfort.
Brandy Potter Gillespie Never…
Amanda Gallie Only at apropriate times like outdoors.
Shaye Mercer UH NO! forever….even in the yard no…better shirt”less”! sleeveless will always mean someone sat with scissors and trimmed off the sleeves deliberately…which is really weird all around!
Amanda Gallie Lol
Nate Holm NO, not at a church.
Nate Holm Are you talking about at work, or just anywhere? I thought you were talking about wearing them at work.
Susan Norvell no not at the church
Stephanie Williams no. no. no. men should refrain. hairy armpits are an abomination to God and women alike.
Trisha Gulledge I think any guys who want to wear a sleeveless shirt should personally get a 12 woman juryto agree that it wouldn’t be a probablem to be sure he doesn’t ick anyone out. =)
Brian Carruth Seems to have worked for Larry the Cable Guy. But its more of a costume for him. I have seen too many guys that look like him that seem to think it is in style. For me I don’t own one, and don’t think I ever will.
Jerod Hyde only with “Jorts” (Jean-shorts) – who doesn’t love a good “GUN SHOW” hahaha.
Cynthia Koons-Hall If they have the “guns”…then YES!! If not, then no….lol
Bethany Christensen No. Not even when you mow. I made Don throw his out. :)
Ashley Stanley If you can benchpress 250, then most certainly yes… Please!
Shacie Rogers Nope
Jason A. Robison heck yea!! Year round. I personally think that it is totally ok to just shave your arms and let all the body hair make it look like you are wearing a sleeveless shirt. But this is coming from a guy who goes noodeling twice a year. :-)
Warren Cook Yes. But you must have a mullet.
Brook James Only when paying sports that require full range of motion in the arms (basketball).
Bryon Leonard Heck yeah, especially if their name is Larry the cable guy
Joseph Miller Thats no worse than a guy’s butt crack showing with a fuzzy butt. lol yuck
Shauna Renee oh yeah!!
Marcus Kerr only if you are wearing your jean shorts. and if you are, stay away from me and my kids.

  • Tiffani says:

I have to say NO on this one. I think the look is tacky…I own a gym and don’t even like it there!

  • Michael says:

I think that it is ok only when your wife sends you to the grocery store at 2 am.

  • MB says:

This made me laugh so hard. I love these replies. I can’t really add to them except I think its gross and if women can’t walk around showing off their bod, men shouldn’t either. I think the only difference is that when women show off themselves its actually attractive (depending on the woman of course) and when men do it, I think its gross. Vanity, vanity!

  • John says:

I always wear one to work during the summer. If I didn’t, I’d look like Hank Hill all year long. :-)

  • As a general rule, men lack the self-awareness to make these kinds of fashion calls on a case-by-case basis. They need hard and fast rules to guide them. :)
